Stop Them Before It's Too Late
- Insects such as roaches and can be a huge problem throughout your home, but often go undetected for a long time.
- The cockroach has a life cycle consisting of three distinct stages: egg, nymph, and adult. The specific elements of the life cycle vary according to species, however. The female can lay 5-30 egg sacs containing 14-40 eggs, which can make them difficult to get rid of once they have entered your home.
- Cockroaches common to New Zealand are nocturnal and omnivore feeders, and can transmit diseases and bacteria pathogens such as salmonella. In addition, they can cause skin irritations, allergic reactions and even asthma!
Spider Control
- We have about 2000 different spider species in New Zealand. While most of them are not dangerous to humans, there are 3 species of spiders in New Zealand that should be avoided — the Redback, the Katipo and the White-tailed Spider.
- Effective treatment and prevention will keep these nasty looking pests, and their webs, from taking over your home or building.
- We apply an external surface treatment to areas where spiders typically crawl through, base of the house, around window frames and soffits within reach.
Fly Control
- Flies are attracted by the odours such as cooking up to 50m from their breeding site.
- Some species of fly transmit a wide range of diseases including salmonella, tuberculosis, dysentery, parasitic worms and cholera.
- Our treatment for flies includes application of insecticide to external entry points, such as window frames, walls, and door frames.
- The internal treatment can be done using insecticides or non chemical methods such as light traps.
Ant Control & Management
- Ants are a common pest in New Zealand, they're can be found near leftover bits of food in either pantries or bins. Beacuse of this, they are responsible for spread of disease in commercial food industry.
- Ants exist in colonies which can range from 100 ants to over 100 thousand in number.
- Given the rate of multiplication of these pests, it is crucial to eradicate them for good.
